This wrench is machined rather than cheaply cast and fits standard autoharp/zither/harpsichord tuning pins (.198 inch thread diameter) precisely, given Robinson's #4 tips (.187 max). It is recommended for an instrument without fine tuners or for a person who otherwise needs the extra leverage of the long hande.

This wrench is machined rather than cheaply cast and fits standard autoharp/zither/harpsichord tuning pins (.198 inch thread diameter) precisely, given Robinson's #4 tips (.187 max). It is recommended fro an instrument without fine tuners or for a person who otherwise needs the extra leverage of the long hande. Rather precise tuning can be achieved a bit more easily with the longer handle, once one develops a feel for how the tuning pins move under the wrench. A word of caution that force must be applied parallel to the strings (sideways). Any unnecessary downward or upward force on the handle could snap off a tuning pin.
Does not fit the latest Korean instruments with the thicker and longer pins.
